SUMMARY:Light in Winter - Pamoja Concert Hall\, Sevenoaks School
DESCRIPTION:OverviewEvent Description. \nLight in Winter – Sacred Masterpieces of Vienna: Haydn & Mozart \nJoin us for an evening of classical sacred music featuring Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Credo Mass in C Major and Joseph Haydn’s Mass in B-flat Major. \nPerformed by the Choir and accompanied by The Sevenoaks Philharmonic Orchestra and four soloists\, this program brings together two distinct works of Austrian sacred repertoire: Mozart’s direct\, energetic setting from his 1776 Salzburg period\, and Haydn’s late 1799 work written for the Esterházy court. The program highlights the contrast between Mozart’s concise\, motif-driven Credo and Haydn’s symphonic orchestrations and fugal movements. \nTickets available via Sevenoaks School Box Office (link below)\, by phone on 01732 467765 or through choir members. \nNumbered seats\nBook Now×Event has taken place\nEvent has taken place. \nPlease click here for details of our upcoming concerts. \nClose\n×Concert not yet on sale\nTickets are not yet on sale for this concert – please come back nearer the concert date. \nClose
